By submitting content to the Service, you grant Beacon Light Investments, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time (subject to our retention policy).

Approved Community Reviewers assist with content moderation. Reviewers agree to additional guidelines provided at the time of onboarding. Reviewer status may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms or reviewer-specific guidelines.

The Service and its original content, design, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Beacon Light Investments, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio, Square, Apple, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
We do not verify the truth of user-submitted experiences beyond our community moderation process. Experiences reflect the views and accounts of individual users and do not represent statements of fact by Beacon Light Investments, LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEACON LIGHT INVESTMENTS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon Light Investments, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Content License), 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination.
You may delete your account at any time from Privacy Settings within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms here and, where appropriate, sending a notification through the app. Changes take effect 30 days after posting for existing users, or immediately for new users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
